TFast FinCore is a self-hosted financial records system engineered and supported by TFast Digital Agency (Bulenga, Kampala, Uganda) under the architecture and technical leadership of Kalyango Brian.
1. Our Mission & Service Model
Savings & Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs), Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), investment clubs, and commercial money lenders across Uganda and East Africa need software that keeps member, savings, and loan records together and stays straightforward for branch staff and members.
TFast FinCore is delivered as a complete, installed, and supported service starting from UGX 1,500,000 one-time setup per organisation, including configuration, initial data import assistance, staff training, and ongoing technical support.
2. Architectural Pillars
- Matched transaction records: Every transaction writes both sides of the entry, and an error rolls the whole posting back.
- Direct Client Payment Control: Online collections and payouts run directly through each SACCO's own PesaPal or Flutterwave merchant accounts (or bank and Mobile Money tills). TFast Digital Agency never holds or pools client funds.
- Self-Hosted Data Control: Each licensed institution receives its own isolated installation and database.
- East African Lending Workflows: Amortization schedules, interest models, PAR aging reports, and collateral registers for everyday SACCO and microfinance work.

- SACCOs & Cooperatives: Member share capital accounts, dividend distribution calculations, and guarantor approval workflows.
- Microfinance Institutions: Group and individual lending, teller cash collections, and real-time Portfolio-at-Risk (PAR > 30d) analytics.
- Commercial Money Lenders: Collateral asset recording, valuation tracking, and fixed-term loan contracts.
- Community Unions: Multi-branch administration, inter-branch float tracking, and automated operational reporting.
